Shipping policy

 

Shipments

All domestic ground shipments will be shipped via carrier UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please allow up to 1-5 days processing time, which is from the time order is fulfilled to when package gets picked up by shipping carrier. (This processing time may be extended in the event of an item being on backorder or made to order items). Transit time for lower 48 states is 1-5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, may take up to 14 business days. 

Note: Please be assured that we do our best to insure reasonable transit times and that all items are packaged safe and securely. With that being said, once a package is picked up by a carrier, we are not in control or responsible on how each package gets delivered. 

Express Shipments

All domestic express shipments will be shipped via carrier UPS, FedEx and/or USPS. 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day shipping are available. Express orders are prioritized. 

International Priority and International Express Mail are available.
All international orders will be shipped within 7 days of the date order placed.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. JPI Display Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
